The finals for the Case Study competition entitled Yonder was held at the Industrial Engineering Laboratory during the 24th of October. Ten groups consisting of fourth year students made it past the preliminary rounds where they were given a case study wherein the participants must provide a proposal on how they can help a company improve their performance.
To judge the participants' presentations were the three panelists consisting of Engr. Gabriel Bucu, Ms. Camila Bianca Sandoval, and Ms. Anne Marvelou Tuazon.
At the end of the day, only three groups came on top: coming in at third place was the group of Joannes Puno, Ina Liban, and Marielle Lacampuenga; for second place was the group of Jeyo Artuz, Anna Cristobal, Shann Flores, and Mitzico Bibal. And lastly, the group of Iven Ang, Ceff Soriano, John Aldrich Landicho, and Gabby Cabacungan came on top and will be representing ORSP-UST at an upcoming case study competition which will be held by the ORSP-Student Federation.
