The ABOVE AND BEYOND: OR Orientation happened last October 24, 2017 in line with the Operations Research Appreciation Week.
The speaker of the morning was Mr. Mark Anthony Chan, giving us an insight on how operations research is used by big industries like San Miguel and how they help with making crucial decisions like factory placement and cost reduction.
For the second part of his talk, he identified what makes a great OR analyst or someone who makes the decisions.
